“I have travelled to Iceland, Italy, Croatia and Montenegro with Dublin Photography School (DPS) and TD active Holidays. I’ve probably travelled more with the DPS crew over the last few years than I have with my own family and friends!! Incorporating travel with photography, I have been able to experience new countries and meeting new people while improving my photography skills. With accommodation and transport all organised, and a local tour guide to lead the way, all practicalities of travelling were taken care of – which left me free to focus on the important stuff…..what cameras, lenses and tripods to pack! Every location presented different photography challenges, from packed markets in Florence to hunting the Northern Lights in Iceland and all under the guidance of DPS. I’ve been able to capture shots I never thought I could. I have found the DPS tutors are fantastic at determining the skill level of each photographer andadjusting their tuition accordingly…meaning everyone, from complete beginners to the really experienced, gain new photography skills to take home! I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each trip and, while I usually arrive home exhausted, I’m always eager to book the next one!”
